Returns

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The item does not fit — size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

Damaged or Defective Items

A clear description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Processing
